ANALOG OSCILATORPACK is finished

Postby Leshrac » Tue Mar 08, 2011 2:39 pm

hey folks,

*news*
the pack is finished get it here
http://www.forum.radikaltechnologies.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=2111

*news*
final releasedate would be the 24th april

*NEWS*
the pack is 100% spectralis 1 compatible

this pack is also good for spec 1 users cause of its wide sound spectrum at a very low memory usage
so you dont need more samples like bass, string, chor, pad, lead, fx -samples.. and so on. you can do
it all with only the new oscilators.

which synths are included now?:

spectralis analog synth
poly evolver waves
oberheim matrix waves
juno waves
tinysizer waves
teebee waves
snackbox DIY wave
chaoszilator DIY waves
waves of pure analog modular modules (z3000,cwejman, audio frequency generator, mfb..)

microwave xt waves
blofeld waves
nord waves
roland jd 800

total of oscilators = 16mb (the whole pack)
a demo song, a soundbank and presetlist, and a [install/introducion/thanks] file is available for use.

HERE IS THE NEW DEMONSTRATION FILE. IT INCLUDES VARIOUS SOUNDSETTING FROM THE OSCILATOR PACK
http://www.blattrecords.net/uploads/leshrac_demos/oscilator%20pack%20demo%202.mp3
everything is possible using only the parameter editing on the schimanski :D

HERE IS THE FIRST DEMONSTRATION OF WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH ONLY THE OSCILATORS FROM THE PACK
(beta status) the sounds are made by using the parameters of the spectralis

I have some takes from digital instruments, samples used in my blofeld to replace a Kurz25K, korg trinity and prophecy for my on-stage gear.
Saw that you are interested in a Q sound which is digital.
Any interest to you?

leshrac, that would be a fine idea and a very noble move of yours.

ready to make some noizes here with my BummSss-diy-synth i assembled at a curetronic workshop.
fully analog. since i have 2 of them, some drones would too be possible.
won´t promise but i´ll do my best to involve my tinysizer modular as well.

can we upload somewhere when ready?

Oh, and I have a jomox t-resonator which I've figured out how to mostly make notes with it, less audience appreciation... and pissing off the audio engineer's as they think its mic feedback, which makes me laugh!
Analogue filter with digital delay.

@ nanopole and ubiquitus => thats exactly what i want !! pleaso note: no modulation. only the full roaring sound#
(like as you hit a key and there is a continous rrrrrrrrrrrrrr ) thats possible

@ nanopole: i send you a private message with my email information

# thank you guys !! thats quiete the beginning
... the greatest thing of the pack: you can use every new oscilator sound in every part.
with standart parameter settings you´ll get everything you want by knowing the right root sound
...noisy stuff for hihats and snare, crunchy deep stuff for kicks or self resonating 808 kiks,
mello oscis for lead and pad sounds, fm oscilators for efex and textures.
with a little trick you can use two dsynth parts to simulate a polyphonic synth with TWO oscis per voice
its good if you dont wanna use the unisono to fatten up the voice. also generate a new oscilator setting

come on peoples with a studio electronics, moog and CS/MS devices .. it would be really helpful

how to mostly make notes with it

i use the tuner of my zoom H2 recorder to determine the right pitch...
any guitar tuner would be appropriate i guess 8)

leshrac you have pm

So excellent!!

Now I don´t know when I can get into it ,I promised Gonzini this along time ago (sorry Gonz ,long story bro) but when I do, I will take a few takes of my microwave 1 and teebee 303 (has a MS20 ring modulator) ...(I record on a emu 1212m /excellent A/D...

btw for those who don´t know.. programs like samplerobot can save a ton of time when sampling your synths as they can auto play record & map .. worth cheeking out if you plan on sampling mass amount..

i know sample robot and tryed that out but i got no good results. i also does not like the user interface but thats my personal sight of that.

it would be great if you can send me some various sound records. 5 different sounds of the microwave would be excelent.
also the the 303 is very nice. try some settings with high obertones and/or raw character. that would be great.
i´ll send you a mail with my email.

Hey I gave samplerobot a try mainly as it can save as SF and has velocity layers but I don´t like it ether ... but since you only need the wav files I´ll just set up a simple note sequence on the mpc and record .. I´ll have these ready soon..

check the upper link for a first demonstration of the sounds you can do with the pack.
everything is made ONLY with oscilators from the pack. no samples.

there´ll follow some single sounds next week !!
